Step right up and get the scoop before slipping through the speakeasy doors! Here’s everything you need to know before the CLASS Academy Parent Association’s Roaring ’20s Auction.


🎟️ Do I need a ticket to attend?

Yes. Tickets are required for each attendee — every guest needs their own pass to enter the party.


🍽️ What’s included with my ticket?

Your ticket unlocks a full night of indulgence, including dinner, dessert, and both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, generously sponsored by Hood River Distillery. All you need to bring is your appetite and your bidding finger.


🕰️ Can I buy tickets at the door?

This is one secret that won’t work at the door — tickets must be purchased in advance.


🔄 Are tickets refundable or transferable?

All sales are final. Tickets are not refundable or transferable, so please plan accordingly.


📍 When and where is the event?

Saturday, March 14, 2026 at 5:00 PM
📍 Montgomery Park Ballroom — located on the bottom floor, directly in front of security.


What time should I arrive?

Doors open no earlier than 4:45 PM. Arrive fashionably on time and ready to celebrate.


🔞 Is this event 21+?

Yes — this is a 21 and over event.


👗 What’s the dress code?

Gatsby glam and speakeasy flair are encouraged, but not required. Come dressed to the nines — or simply dressed comfortably. We’re just glad you’re coming.


🏛️ Is this an in-person, online, or hybrid event?

This is a fully in-person event. No screens, no scrolling — just community, celebration, and a little old-school sparkle.


🍴 What food is included?

Menu details are to be announced — delicious things are in the works.


🥗 Will there be vegetarian or dietary options?

Yes. Vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available.


🍸 Is there a cash bar?

Your ticket includes all alcoholic beverages. Our bartender has generously donated their services and will have a cash tip jar or Venmo QR code available for anyone who’d like to tip.


💳 What forms of payment are accepted?

Card only, please — no cash bidding at this joint.


🛍️ When do I check out?

Please plan to check out when leaving the event. We’ll make the process smooth and speedy.


❤️ Can I donate if I can’t attend?

Absolutely! Donations can be made through our event website, or you can contact us directly at capa@classacademy.com. Even from afar, you can still support our students.


🧾 Are donations tax-deductible?

Yes. Donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
Also, some employers will match employees' charitable donations to nonprofits. Check with your employer to see if they offer this program!


🚗 Where do I park?

Montgomery Park’s parking lot will be available for all attendees for the duration of the event.


📱 What should I bring with me?

Bring your credit card, optional cash for tips, and plenty of enthusiasm to bid in support of our students’ education.


👶 Will there be childcare onsite?

Childcare is not provided, so please coordinate ahead of time. We hope this advance notice helps you plan a fun, worry-free night out.
